Many businesses get behind on their bookkeeping. I can help you to get and keep your books up to date at reasonable cost.
I work with Sage, QuickBooks, Xero and other software. If you’re unsure, I can help you choose and set up your accounting package.
As a Chartered Accountant, I can help you file your accounts and tax returns at the end of the year.
I can also provide you with support with your quarterly VAT returns, payroll, and other annual filings with HMRC and Companies House.
I can provide you with help and advice in a number of areas, including creating new companies, business plans, cash flow forecasting, tax and VAT issues.
I can also help with business development, business reorganisations and trademarking. I’m happy to be always on hand to provide information or support.
I am a highly experienced trainer in finance and business skills, having trained in the UK and around the world.
I am happy to deliver one-to-one coaching or group training as appropriate. Subjects covered include finance, strategic thinking, and ad-hoc business problem-solving for teams.
Once you are in touch, I will usually arrange a phone call of about 15 minutes. I’ll check what you need, and how I might help. I’ll then arrange a first meeting to look at the issues in more detail.
I offer a free first hour of support, in which you can discuss what you or your business needs. If possible, I will make a start on helping you directly with what you need. That way, we can see how we work together.
Typically, I will meet with a client regularly by Zoom. Meetings can be once a week, once a month, or once a quarter, depending on need. In between sessions, I will work on anything that’s needed.
Frequently our work turns into a continuous relationship, in which you receive regular business support. The usual result is up-to-date books, filed accounts, and quick help for any issues arising.
